This Privacy Policy explains how JUSTGO PTE. LTD., which operates JustGo ("JustGo", "we", "us"), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the "PDPA"). It applies to personal data collected through this website and through our enquiry and messaging channels.
1. Who we are
JustGo is a Singapore moving, handling and disposal company at 5 Soon Lee Street, Pioneer Point, Singapore 627607, operated by JUSTGO PTE. LTD. (UEN 202433839Z).
2. Personal data we collect
We collect only what we need to serve you and to respond to you:
- Quote requests. Your name, phone number and email, your pick-up and drop-off addresses, your preferred date and time, and the photos, measurements and details of the items you ask us to move, handle or dispose of.
- Contact form, WhatsApp, email and telephone. The contact details and information you share with us in those messages.
- Your use of this website. Technical information such as pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 9).
3. How we use personal data
- To prepare and send you a quote, and to arrange and carry out the move, handling or disposal you ask for.
- To reply to your questions and feedback.
- To operate, secure and improve this website and our service.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Consent and withdrawal
By submitting a form on this website or contacting us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes in section 3. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (section 12). We will tell you the likely consequences of withdrawal, for example that we may no longer be able to provide a service you asked for, and we will process your request within a reasonable time.
5. Promotional messages
We send promotional messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, and we observe the Do Not Call provisions of the PDPA. You can opt out at any time by replying to the message or by contacting us.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell personal data. We disclose personal data only where needed for the purposes above, or where required or permitted by law, including to:
- Service providers who support our operations, such as Wix (website hosting and contact forms), Meta (WhatsApp messaging) and Google (website services). These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms.
- Government and regulatory authorities, where required by law.
7. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
8. Protection and retention
We protect personal data with reasonable security arrangements against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required for legal or business reasons, after which we delete or anonymise it.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly and to help us understand how it is used. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies, but some parts of the website may then not work as intended.
10. Access and correction
You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, and ask us to correct any error or omission. Known limitations
The customer reviews on our home page are screenshots of WhatsApp messages and Carousell reviews. They are images of text written by our customers, and their wording is outside our control.
